Holistic massage therapy tailored to you
Stress and physical show up wherever people are. At desks, on shop floors, and in meeting rooms. On-site massage is one of the simplest, most visible ways to support your team’s wellbeing, and it’s something employees genuinely look forward to.
On-site, fully-clothed chair massage. No oils, no undressing.
Sessions typically 15-20 minutes per person, easy to slot around a working day.
Alongside massage, I work with The Healthy Employee, and my jobs have also included health checks (blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose) and informal talks and information stands on stress and resilience, mindfulness, sleep, and healthy eating. Working across so many of these areas means I naturally connect the dots between them. The same holistic thinking that shapes how I massage.
Through The Healthy Employee, I've delivered on-site wellbeing sessions for organisations including Morgan Sindall, Network Rail, First Bus, Skanska, and many others.
I also work directly with Warwickshire Rural Hub, providing massage therapy for farmers at health events because therapeutic touch should be accessible for everybody.

A short, regular massage break gives people permission to actually stop, even for fifteen minutes. It's a visible, low-effort perk that consistently gets noticed, and it fits around shift patterns, office days, or one-off wellbeing events.
Interested in bringing chair massage to your workplace? I'd love to hear what your team needs.
